OUR RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the following stipulations, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.
- Given the expiration dates of most of our products, unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase.
- An original or gift receipt is required for all returns.
- Farmhouse Fare returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value at time of purchase to be redeemed exclusively on shopfarmhousefare.com. Unfortunately, at the present time, we’re unable to offer a store credit for purchases originally made on shopfarmhousefare.com.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Farmhouse Fare reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
